Frequently Asked Questions

More answers. Less uncertainty.

Find practical information about preparing for an estimate, repair details, insurance questions, and collecting your vehicle.

Before Your Visit

What information should I include when contacting you?

Include your name, contact details, vehicle year, make and model, and a short description of the damage. If you have a claim number, mention that too.

What should I bring to an estimate appointment?

Bring any previous estimates, claim documents, and insurer or adjuster contact details you have. Ask our team beforehand if anything else is needed for your visit.

How can I share photos of the damage?

When you contact us, let us know you have photos and ask how to send them. Photos can provide context, but they may not show hidden damage.

Should I arrange a time before bringing my vehicle in?

Call ahead so we can discuss your needs and coordinate the visit. This also gives you a chance to ask what information to bring.

Repair Details

Can you assess damage to more than one body panel?

Describe all affected areas when you contact us. The repair assessment can consider the visible damage across the vehicle, rather than only the first panel you noticed.

Does every damaged bumper need to be replaced?

Repair or replacement depends on the material, location, and extent of damage. An assessment is needed to determine the appropriate approach for your vehicle.

Can the repair estimate change after work begins?

An initial estimate may not include damage concealed behind exterior panels. If additional damage is identified, the repair scope and estimate may need to be revised.

Can I ask what parts and materials are proposed?

Yes. Ask the team to explain the parts and work listed in the estimate. If insurance is involved, also ask your insurer how your policy applies to the proposed parts.

Insurance & Vehicle Collection

What if I do not have an insurance claim number yet?

You can still contact us to discuss the damage and the repair assessment. If you intend to use insurance, ask your insurer how to open or track your claim.

Who can explain my deductible and rental coverage?

Your insurer can confirm your deductible, rental eligibility, limits, and other policy terms. Have your policy or claim number ready when you contact them.

Can I discuss paying for repairs without an insurance claim?

Contact our team to discuss the proposed repair and estimate. Confirm payment arrangements directly before authorizing work.

What should I confirm before collecting my vehicle?

Confirm that the vehicle is ready, arrange a pickup time, and ask about any paperwork or payment needed. At collection, ask the team to walk you through the completed work and any care instructions.
